1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Sudoku Legends and the related services (the “Service”) provided by Revortex OÜ under the Revo Games brand (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

4. License grant

The Company grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to access and use the Service for non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You agree that no title or ownership in the Service is being transferred to you.

5. User conduct and restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software to modify or interfere with the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Games.
• Interfere with Daily Challenges, scoring, or analytics systems.
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

6. Virtual items and in-app purchases

The current version of the Service offers no in-app purchases. The Service includes points and other virtual items, such as XP (“Virtual Items”).

• No Real Value: Virtual Items are licensed to you, have no monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for "real world" money.
• Final Sales: All purchases made through third-party platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) are final and non-refundable.
• EU Right of Withdrawal: By purchasing or downloading digital content, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content is made available to you or the performance has begun.

7. Advertising and third-party services

The Service does not show advertisements. If that changes, we will update these Terms and the Privacy Policy before any advertisement is shown. The Service may link to third-party websites or services, such as the app stores. The Company is not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

8. Service availability and your progress

• Your Progress: Your progress is stored with an anonymous account tied to your installation of the App. The Service does not sync progress between devices; if you delete the App or its data, you lose access to that account.
• Availability: The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that stored progress will never be lost.
• Maintenance: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time.

9. Privacy and data protection

Our collection and use of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy, available at revo.gs/games/sudoku-legends/privacy and in the App under Settings › Account & Help › Privacy.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Revortex OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you to us in the last twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time, and you can delete your account in the App under Settings › Account & Help › Delete account. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

• Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
• Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be settled in the courts of Estonia.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

15. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Revortex OÜ (“Şirket”, “biz”, “bize” veya “bizim”) tarafından Revo Games markası altında sunulan Sudoku Legends’ı ve ilgili hizmetleri (“Hizmet”) indirerek, yükleyerek, erişerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşullarına (“Koşullar”) bağlı kalmayı kabul edersiniz. Bu Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız Hizmet’i kullanmayı derhal bırakmalısınız.

3. Uygunluk

Hizmet’i kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısınız. 13 ile 18 yaş arasındaysanız, yasal vasinizin bu Koşulları incelediğini ve kabul ettiğini beyan edersiniz.

4. Lisans verilmesi

Şirket size, Hizmet’e yalnızca ticari olmayan eğlence amacıyla erişmeniz ve onu kullanmanız için kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez, geri alınabilir ve sınırlı bir lisans verir. Hizmet üzerindeki hiçbir mülkiyet veya sahiplik hakkının size devredilmediğini kabul edersiniz.

5. Kullanıcı davranışı ve kısıtlamalar

Şunları yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:

• Hizmet’i değiştirmek veya engellemek için hile, otomasyon yazılımı (bot), hack veya yetkisiz herhangi bir üçüncü taraf yazılım kullanmak.
• Oyunlarda tersine mühendislik yapmak, kaynak kodunu çözmek veya kaynak kodu çıkarmaya çalışmak.
• Günlük Meydan Okumalara, puanlamaya veya analiz sistemlerine müdahale etmek.
• Hizmet’i yasa dışı veya yetkisiz herhangi bir amaçla kullanmak.

6. Sanal öğeler ve uygulama içi satın alımlar

Hizmet’in mevcut sürümü uygulama içi satın alım sunmaz. Hizmet; XP gibi puanlar ve diğer sanal öğeler (“Sanal Öğeler”) içerir.

• Gerçek Değeri Yoktur: Sanal Öğeler size lisanslanır, parasal bir değeri yoktur ve “gerçek dünya” parasına dönüştürülemez.
• Satışlar Nihaidir: Üçüncü taraf platformlar (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) üzerinden yapılan tüm satın alımlar nihaidir ve iade edilemez.
• AB Cayma Hakkı: Dijital içerik satın alarak veya indirerek, ifanın derhal başlamasına açıkça onay verir ve dijital içerik size sunulduğunda ya da ifa başladığında cayma hakkınızı kaybettiğinizi kabul edersiniz.

7. Reklam ve üçüncü taraf hizmetler

Hizmet reklam göstermez. Bu değişirse, herhangi bir reklam gösterilmeden önce bu Koşulları ve Gizlilik Politikası'nı güncelleriz. Hizmet, uygulama mağazaları gibi üçüncü taraf web sitelerine veya hizmetlerine bağlantı verebilir. Şirket bunların içeriğinden veya gizlilik uygulamalarından sorumlu değildir; bunları kullanımınız kendi koşullarına tabidir.

8. Hizmetin erişilebilirliği ve ilerlemeniz

• İlerlemeniz: İlerlemeniz, Uygulamanın kurulumunuza bağlı anonim bir hesapla saklanır. Hizmet, ilerlemeyi cihazlar arasında eşitlemez; Uygulamayı veya verilerini silerseniz o hesaba erişiminizi kaybedersiniz.
• Erişilebilirlik: Hizmet “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Kesintisiz erişim veya saklanan ilerlemenin hiçbir zaman kaybolmayacağını garanti etmiyoruz.
• Bakım: Hizmet’i (veya herhangi bir bölümünü) dilediğimiz zaman değiştirme, askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkımızı saklı tutarız.

9. Gizlilik ve veri koruma

Kişisel verilerin toplanması ve kullanılması, revo.gs/games/sudoku-legends/privacy adresinde ve Uygulamada Ayarlar › Hesap ve Yardım › Gizlilik bölümünde bulunan Gizlilik Politikamızda açıklanmıştır.

10. Garanti reddi

Hizmet, açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti verilmeksizin “OLDUĞU GİBİ” ve “MEVCUT HÂLİYLE” sağlanır; buna ticarete elverişlilik, belirli bir amaca uygunluk veya ihlal etmeme garantileri dâhil ancak bunlarla sınırlı değildir.

11. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Revortex OÜ; kâr, veri veya itibar kaybı dâhil olmak üzere hiçbir dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zarardan sorumlu tutulamaz. Toplam sorumluluğumuz hiçbir durumda, talebe yol açan olaydan önceki son on iki (12) ay içinde bize ödediğiniz tutarı aşamaz.

12. Fesih

Hizmet’i dilediğiniz zaman kullanmayı bırakabilir ve hesabınızı Uygulamada Ayarlar › Hesap ve Yardım › Hesabı sil bölümünden silebilirsiniz. Bu Koşulları ihlal etmeniz hâlinde Hizmet’e erişiminizi önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın ve herhangi bir sorumluluk üstlenmeksizin derhal sonlandırma veya askıya alma hakkımızı saklı tutarız.

13. Uygulanacak hukuk ve uyuşmazlık çözümü

• Hukuk: Bu Koşullar, Estonya Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabi olacak ve bu kanunlara göre yorumlanacaktır.
• Yetkili Mahkeme: Bu Koşullardan doğan uyuşmazlıklar Estonya mahkemelerinde çözülecektir.

14. Bölünebilirlik

Bu Koşulların herhangi bir hükmünün uygulanamaz veya geçersiz olduğu tespit edilirse, bu hüküm gerekli asgari ölçüde sınırlandırılacak veya çıkarılacak; Koşulların geri kalanı tam olarak yürürlükte kalmaya devam edecektir.

15. Koşullardaki değişiklikler

Bu Koşulları dilediğimiz zaman güncelleme hakkımızı saklı tutarız. Değişiklikleri “Son Güncelleme” tarihini güncelleyerek bildireceğiz. Değişikliklerden sonra Hizmet’i kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni Koşulların kabulü anlamına gelir.
